About the Role

Join our HR team to build company culture and support our growing team. You'll handle recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead recruitment efforts for engineering and non-engineering roles
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
• Maintain HR records and compliance documentation
• Partner with management on performance management

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in HR management
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HRIS systems
• Understanding of tech industry and culture
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
